5 Unpopular Places to Have a Dessert in London

This blog is NOT sponsored! Just a personal opinion of places where I had good desserts. If you want to make any other suggestions of uncommon places to have desserts comment it below, I will love to try them out personally =).

The dessert places described below are in London (east, west, south, etc.) so feel free to select the one closer to you or whichever seems more appetising!

1. Heavenly Desserts Stratford

Located in Stratford Westfield, on the way to previous Olympic Stadium (now West Ham Stadium) you will find Heavenly Desserts, an upmarket dessert cafe serving creative waffles, chocolate fondue & ice-cream sundaes.

Prices range from £5.50 to £9 depending on the dessert but these are very well presented and delecious. You can find any type of dessert and even new ones you probably never heard off. This also applies for the drinks!

They have seats indoor and outdoor so it is perfect for winter and summer. The area is also very nice so you can either do some shopping at Westfield mall or go for a walk in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

2. Snowflake O2 Arena

In this place I tried my very first chocolate brownie with ice cream on top and, although I am not a very big fan of ice cream (yes I know...), I have to say that it exceeded my expectations.

Snowflake is located inside the O2 Arena a few minutes away from the entrance. They sell multiple falvour ice-creams, brownies, cakes, waffles, crepes, cookies and every type of dessert that you can think of. I think prices are average £7.50 which is reasonable for a good dessert.

3. Dr Power Queensway

Dr Power Strawberry Crepe

A family-driven dessert restaurant located in Queensway. The presentation for the desserts is spectacular and I couldn't say less for the flavour. I had a strawberry crepe as the one above together with a chocolate croissant and a orange juice which not only was very well presented but also gave me a vanilla ice-cream for free!

Other than a dessert place they also sell breakfast here with prices ranging from £5.50 for toasts to £12.95 for a full English breakfast.

4. Hefaure Chinatown

Also known as "fluffy pancakes", Hefaure sells amazing Soufflés and, if you are a fan of bubble tea, you can also find them here. I had my first soufflé in this place and I was not dissapointed. The flavour and texture were very nice and the service was fast for being in a very busy area.

They do not have seats to enjoy it so you will have to order for take away. The souffles cost around £6 and the bubble teas are roughly £4 depending on which flavour you get.

5. Bond Street Ice Cream & Crepes Stand

Just outside Bond Street London underground station, there is a stand that sells ice creams, crepes, waffles and other desserts for less than £5. Everytime I pass this street I get a strawberry crepe with chocolate syrup and they are amazing!

Yes, they have not seats to seat outside but it is a very good place to have a dessert on the go and if you want to have a break from shopping in Oxford Street.
